The U.S. has approved a drug for coronavirus...

Remdesivir was developed to treat Ebola and has proven to be safe for humans.

The Food and Drug Administration has issued an emergency permit to use Remdesivir on May 1 to treat coronavirus-infected patients.

The regulator indicates that fact sheets on the use of Remdesivir in the treatment of COVID-19 should be available to medical staff and patients. They also need to report on its dosages, possible side effects, and compatibility with other medicines.

The day before the head of the U.S. National Institute for the Study of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, Dr. Anthony Fauci said that at the moment, “it is absolutely clear” that Remdesivir helps people with severe coronavirus form.

Earlier we talked about a dangerous syndrome in children with coronavirus.
