The US has transferred 110 million doses of vaccines to 60 countries

Biden is confident that only vaccination of the population will help to cope with the coronavirus. The United States will continue to supply COVID drugs to countries in need.

The United States has donated and sent more than 110 million doses of coronavirus vaccines to more than 60 countries around the world — “from Afghanistan to Zambia.” This was stated by the head of the White House, Joe Biden writes the Associated Press.

“Vaccinate America and help vaccinate the world. That's how we're going to beat this thing, " Biden said.

He also promised that the United States will become an “arsenal of vaccines” for the whole world.

According to the plan of the American leader, about 75% of doses in the United States are distributed through COVAX, which aims to help low — and middle-income countries, and the rest is sent to US partners and allies.

Meanwhile, it became known that only vaccinated people will be allowed into restaurants and gyms in New York. The program, called the Key Pass to New York, will take effect on September 13.

And the day before it was reported that almost half of US residents are fully vaccinated against COVID-19. In the state of Georgia, school employees are promised even a thousand dollars if they receive two coronavirus vaccinations by the end of September.
