Russian cyber operations pose a long-term threat to the United States, according to US security services.
The FBI, the US Department of Homeland Security, and the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Agency (CISA) have all claimed Russian involvement in hacking US government networks. This is stated in the CISA document published on Monday, April 26.
Hackers of the Russian special services вЂњwill continue to seek access to classified information of the United States and foreign organizationsвЂќ and will use вЂњvarious sophisticated techniques,вЂќ the US said, adding that the focus of such hackers is вЂњ government networks, expert centers, and information technology companies.вЂќ
