American coalition denies reports of injured US military in Deir Ezzor

The international coalition said that reports of injuries to the US military in a rocket attack in the Syrian province of Deir Ezzor are not true.

The Lebanese TV channel Al-Mayadeen previously reported on possible casualties in the attack on bases in the province of Deir Ezzor in Syria, the newspaper reports.
