Turkey announced missile attack fired from Syria

The Turkish Defense Ministry announced a rocket attack on the Turkish province of Kilis from Syria.

“Missiles fired from Syria fell on a desert area in the province of Kilis. There were no casualties, no damage was caused,” the ministry said on Twitter.

“At the points from which, as it was determined, the shelling was conducted, immediately returned fire was opened. Our military forces in the region have been warned of the incident. We are following the development of events,” the Defense Ministry said.

On Monday, Turkey reported that the SAR launched a missile attack on two settlements in the northern part of the Aleppo province controlled by Ankara.
