Trump's headquarters have spent a hefty sum paying for lawyers, consultants, polls, and advertisements. All this in order to try to challenge the results of the presidential election, in which Biden is leading.
The campaign headquarters of US President Donald Trump spent about $8.8 million in courts. Lawyers for the incumbent head of the White House filed lawsuits in the hope of challenging the election results, writes Reuters, citing a report from the headquarters.
The sum of nearly $9 million was spent from October 15 to November 23. The money is categorized as “recalculation”.
Most of all were spent on recounts in Wisconsin — $3 million. Another 2.3 million were paid to lawyers and consultants. For example, one of the lawyers of the headquarters, 36-year-old Jenna Ellis, received $30,000 in a month.
The rest went to advertising and polls.
The head of the White House has once again announced fraud in the presidential elections, the results of which he does not recognize.
We also add that Trump has gathered for the 2024 elections. At a reception at the White House, he said that he did not lose hope “to stay for another four years.” If this does not happen, he will again run for president in 2024.
