Asia ordered an armada from tankers with American oil
Asian countries, including China and South Korea, are awaiting the arrival of an armada of about 20 tankers loaded with American oil in December 2020. Bloomberg writes about it.
The vessels were chartered or booked to carry raw materials from the Gulf Coast to Asia. Basically, we are talking about supertankers, each of which can hold up to two million barrels of oil. If all the reserved vessels are ultimately used to transport oil, the volume of deliveries in December will exceed the volume of November, according to data from analyst firm Vortex.
