The S&P 500 on Tuesday rose 1.62% to 3635.41 points. And in general in November — by 11.2%.

US President Donald Trump reacted to such an increase in stock indices. During a press conference at the White House, he congratulated Americans and his administration on the "absolutely incredible” value of the Dow Jones.

“This is the 48th time we have broken a record during the Trump administration,” he said.
