General Kenneth Wilsback, commander of the US Air Force in the Pacific and Indian Oceans, said that the Pentagon did not find any signs indicating that the North Korean authorities were preparing any military provocations.
“Recently ... we have not heard bellicose rhetoric from the DPRK authorities, have not seen missile launches ... and provocations ... However, Pyongyang can arrange them very quickly,” the American general said.
