In Bangladesh's capital Dhaka, thousands of protesters took to the streets, calling for a boycott of French goods and accusing French President Emmanuel Macron of “fueling extremism.” It is reported by RFI.

According to local police estimates, more than 40,000 people took part in the procession.
Earlier this month, President Macron unveiled a “plan to defend France's secular values” from “Islamist separatism” and described Islam as an “in crisis” religion.
Recall that French President Emmanuel Macron said at a meeting of the Defense Council that “the Islamists will not sleep well in France.”
