US elections: 50 million voters voted early

At the same time, more than 35 million people voted by mail, and the rest — at the polling stations. Most Americans voted early in Texas.

In the United States, more than 50 million voters voted early in the presidential elections. This is evidenced by data from the United States Elections Project on Friday, October 23.

At the same time, 35.3 million voted by mail, and 15.6 million — came to the polls.

Note that about a third of voters out of the total expected number of voters in these elections — 150 million people — voted early. This could be a record number of voters in the presidential election.

At the same time, the state of Texas received the most votes ahead of schedule — almost 6.4 million. The leaders are also California (5.8 million) and Florida (4.8 million).

Earlier, Trump said he did not want a transfer of power. The American leader called the representatives of the party's main rival, Democrat Joe Biden, “maniacs.”
