An earthquake with a magnitude of 7.4 struck off the coast of Alaska
Seismologists on Monday recorded an earthquake with a magnitude of 7.4 off the coast of Alaska. This was reported by the US Geological Survey.
The epicenter was located 94 km southeast of the village of Sand Point, where about 1,000 people live. The outbreak was located at a depth of 41 km.
The US National Tsunami Warning Center issued a tsunami warning after the earthquake.
