Trump vows to pass a coronavirus test ahead of the debate

US President Donald Trump pledged on Monday that he will pass a coronavirus test ahead of the October 22 debate.

“Of course, there is no problem with this,” Trump was quoted as saying by Reuters, who answered a question from journalists.

The last televised debate before the presidential election is scheduled for October 22 in Nashville, Tennessee. Trump and Democratic candidate Joseph Biden will be offered the following topics for discussion — the fight against the coronavirus pandemic, the situation of American families, racial problems in the United States, climate change issues, national security issues, and the peculiarities of the country's leadership. This list can be supplemented depending on the latest news of domestic and foreign policy. The US general election will be held on November 3. They will elect the president and vice president, all 435 members of the House of Representatives and a third of the Senate of Congress, governors of 13 states and territories.
