Sweden will allocate €480 million to support individual entrepreneurship

The Swedish government intends to provide financial support in the amount of SEK 5 billion (€482 million) to individual entrepreneurs who suffered losses during the coronavirus pandemic. This was reported on September 9 by the Sveriges Radio news service.

“The crisis caused by the coronavirus pandemic has hit many entrepreneurs incredibly hard. Individual entrepreneurs are especially vulnerable. It took too long, but now we will finally achieve support for individual companies, so that they, like others, will receive compensation for the lost income.” — said the leader of the “Center” Annie Loef.

State aid will be aimed at supporting entrepreneurs who are employed, for example, in the field of culture or services. In total, they can receive a maximum of 120,000 kroons (€11,500). To receive funds, last year's turnover must be at least 200,000 kroons (€19,200).
