In Germany, the data allegedly confirming Navalny's poisoning was classified
Research of biomaterial of Alexey Navalny, which Germany claims confirm the fact of oppositionist's poisoning with poisoning substance from the "Novichok" group, is classified and is not subject to transfer to Russia, the official representative of Bundeswehr medical service said on September 7.
The question is about the study of the Bundeswehr Institute of Pharmacology and Toxicology in Munich. It is alleged that scientists of the Institute found traces of “Novichok” in samples of Navalny biomaterial. This material was of interest to Russia, which was accused of poisoning the oppositionist by Western countries.
The Bundeswehr medical service explained that the results of the study will help in the investigation of cases, but Russia will not receive them. “In such a sensitive area it is unacceptable for security reasons and interests of Germany,” the service explained.
