American received $8 billion in compensation for grown breasts
US resident Nicholas Murray has won huge compensation for his breast enlargement. The man took the drug Risperdal from Johnson & Johnson — now the company must pay him $8 billion.
Murray used Risperdal as a child — from 2003 to 2008. He developed gynecomastia — an increase in breast tissue.
The man has been using Johnson & Johnson for a long time. In 2015, he was awarded $1.75 million, then the amount of compensation was reduced to $680 thousand. In September 2019, the proceedings were resumed following the annulment of the previous decision.
Johnson & Johnson called the court's decision unfounded. By the way, about 13 thousand lawsuits have been filed against the company for Risperdal.
