Official Ottawa has already allocated more than $3.7 million to Beirut to rebuild the country after a powerful explosion.
Canada will send Lebanon $18.7 million in aid to clean up the aftermath of the explosion in the port of the country's capital, Beirut. This was announced on Monday, August 10, in an official statement by Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau.
