Xiaomi canceled the release of the Mi Mix Alpha smartphone. This is the founder of the company lei Jun (Lei Jun) said in his account on Weibo, according to the publication GizmoChina.
Answering questions from subscribers about the Mi Mix smartphone line, the entrepreneur said that this year there will be no new devices in the series, as Xiaomi will need additional time to develop them. Lei Jun also said that the company refuses to sell the Mi Mix Alpha smartphone introduced in the fall of 2019. The device is considered one of the most expensive smartphones on the market in general and in the company's line in particular. The businessman noted that the device was exclusively a research project that achieved its goal.

The device with a Snapdragon 855+ processor, 12 GB of RAM, and 512 GB of internal memory, a Samsung camera with a resolution of 108 megapixels was estimated at 20 thousand yuan.
