The campaign headquarters of US President Donald Trump reacted to the removal of Twitter and Facebook posts. Deputy press Secretary of the campaign Courtney Barella said that social networks are biased against the head of state, writes the Hill.
“The Twitter employee who explained why our account was suspended is also a former Press Secretary for Senator Kamala Harris. Another day, another manifestation of Silicon valley's blatant bias against this President, where the rules are only followed in one direction,” Barella said.
It is known that Twitter blocked the account of the Trump campaign headquarters because of a video containing, according to the social network, false information about the coronavirus. The company said that the account will be able to resume its work if it deletes this tweet. The same video was deleted by Facebook.
Recall that earlier we wrote that US President Donald Trump will not leave Twitter in connection with the hacking of accounts of large companies and celebrities.
