вЂњI can confirm that in Germany, neither the Chancellor nor the foreign Minister has any plans to come to New York to personally attend the General Assembly,вЂќ he said. Heusgen noted that in this way the country plans to comply with the UN recommendations related to the coronavirus pandemic.
