The chairman of the US diplomatic mission in Ukraine testifies before the investigative committees of the US House of Representatives. It is reported by the Voice of America on Tuesday, October 22.

Taylor was the U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine in 2006-2009, and on June 2019 he headed the U.S. Embassy in Kyiv for the second time as U.S. ChargГ© d'Affaires in Ukraine, after recalling Ambassador Marie Jovanovic.
