In Poland, 458 new cases of coronavirus were registered per day.
This is reported by PAP with reference to the Ministry of the health of the country. This is the highest increase since June 17. During the day in Poland, four patients died.
For the second day in a row, the country detected more than 400 infections per day, which means that the spread of infection is accelerating after a long decline in the indicator.
Deputy Prime Minister of Poland Jadwiga Emilevich said that the authorities do not plan to introduce new restrictions. She urged fellow citizens to keep a distance, wash their hands, and wear masks.
Since the beginning of the pandemic, 42,038 cases of coronavirus infection have been detected in Poland, and 1,655 cases have died.
