Sperm donation in a Chinese institution is used to help those families whose male partner is infertile.
In China's Yunnan province, a reproductive clinic reported an acute need for sperm after events related to a coronavirus infection and encouraged donors to donate more material. This, on Friday, July 24, reports the Daily Mail.
It is reported that the clinic has only 30 families left with sperm reserves since the amount of sperm is limited. At the same time, the number of volunteers in 2020 decreased by 60% compared to 2019.
In addition, the problem is compounded by poor sperm quality, since only 20% of donors were qualified.
