The Gulf of Mexico Gets Tropical Storm Nestor




The tropical storm “Nestor” originated in the Gulf of Mexico and is advancing to the northeast. This is reported by the US National Hurricane Watch Center.





According to the center, Nestor is located about 450 kilometers southwest of the city of Panama City in Florida and moves northeast at a speed of 9.7 meters per second. The wind speed within it reaches 26 meters per second.

By Sunday evening, Nestor should weaken a bit and reach the coast of North Carolina.
